Cancellation Policy

With reduced space and times available, each appointment time is extremely valuable to the successful operation of our local small business. In order to respect our therapists’ time, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice to cancel any existing appointment. We will assess a 50% service charge if your appointment is cancelled without a full 24 hours’ notice. We take our therapists’ livelihoods very seriously and appreciate your support and understanding! Please call us if you have any questions or need to change your appointment; our staff is available to assist you.

If you must cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged 50% if the cancellation is deemed a non-emergency.
