Plantar Fasciitis
What is Plantar Fasciitis?
Plantar Fasciitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia (located at the bottom of your foot) causing a sharp pain, usually where the heel meets the arch of the foot. This can be caused by a number of factors, including poor arch support in shoes, sudden weight gain, certain types of exercises that cause stress to the area, abnormal walking patterns, and tension in the calf muscles.
What is the Plantar Fasciitis Treatment?
This 30-minute treatment consists of an intense massage to both of the calves and feet followed by warming the area with moist towels. Because Plantar Fasciitis is caused by inflammation, we love to use Lacuna Botanicals CBD cream on the calves and feet before we get started to help bring the inflammation down. During the treatment the therapist uses the Pure Wave, a vibrational massage tool, to loosen and separate the fascia from the muscle and draw new, fresh blood to the area. Bliss Body Wrap
Our Bliss Body Wrap is a 30-minute treatment that begins with your massage therapist dry brushing your arms, abdomen, legs and back. Following the dry brushing, your therapist applies our wonderfully soothing hydration créme to the same areas. Then it is time to tuck you in for the warm, full-body wrap and allow the cozy heat to open up those pores and let the hydration créme work its magic. AromaTouch
The AromaTouch Technique is a 30-minute treatment in which your massage therapist will apply and distribute specific essential oils to the back and feet. The therapist will drop these oils along your spine and disperse them in a precise way as they absorb into your skin. This technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to create an overall wellness experience. The essential oils used in the AromaTouch Technique were chosen for their individual and combined aromatic properties. The specific oils used aid in stress management, immune support, inflammatory response, and homeostasis.

Paraffin Hand or Foot Treatment
Our paraffin treatment for either hands or feet consists of applying heated wax in gloves or slippers. The wax wraps the area for at least 15 minutes. Once it is cooled and solidified, we remove the glove or slipper, leaving the area feeling soft and moisturized. Paraffin wax helps maintain healthy skin, heal dry skin, and can help with conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia. As a natural emollient, paraffin adds moisture. It acts as a type of heat therapy by increasing blood flow, relaxing muscles, and reducing joint stiffness. Enjoy this soothing treatment as an add-on for your massage or as an a la carte treatment.

Hot Oil Scalp Massage
Our hot oil scalp massage incorporates warmed coconut oil blended with a variety of DoTerra oils massaged into your scalp and hair. It reduces dryness, frizz, dandruff and split ends while increasing hair strength and stimulating your hair follicles. This 30-minute treatment can be added on to enhance your massage or purchased a la carte for a lovely half-hour in heaven.

Reflexology
Our Reflexology treatment is the application of light pressure on the bottom of the feet in areas that correspond to organs in the body to help promote proper function. During this 30-minute treatment, your therapist will use warm, wet towels and a foot scrub to stimulate the nerves and bring blood to the bottom of your feet. They will then apply an organic cream and use light, pin-pointed pressure across the bottom of your feet to relieve and restore the corresponding areas of the body.

My massage therapist was wonderful and listened to my needs. She used the right amount of pressure. I liked the inclusion of doterra essential oils. The heated neck pillow was also a nice touch. I will definitely be back!
